Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

Shipping within Canada

Delivery is made by Canada Post within 3 to 5 business days following shipment of your order. Prices do not include shipping, which is calculated based on size, weight and distance.

International shipping

Allow 2 weeks for delivery of orders shipped to the United States. Expect a delay of 4 to 6 weeks for other countries. You may have to pay fees related to customs clearance. For more information, contact your country’s customs services.

Taxes

All products are taxable as follows:
Quebec: 5% GST and 9.975% PST
Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador: 13% HST
Nova Scotia: 15% HST
British Columbia: 12% HST

Other Canadian provinces: 5% GST
Outside of Canada: No applicable taxes

Specificity for orders originating from outside of Canada

Orders from outside of Canada do not pay taxes. Prices are in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate will automatically be calculated by the bank which issued your credit card and appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

All our products, may be exchanged within 15 days unless they are damaged and must be returned in their original packaging at your cost.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged item, we will replace the item with the same product or an equivalent product free of charge. Contact us at [email protected] to obtain return authorization for the damaged item prior to sending it back to us.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

Termination

If you breach any of these Terms and 7149221 Canada Inc. chooses not to immediately act, or chooses not to act at all, 7149221 Canada Inc. will still be entitled to all rights and remedies at any later date, or in any other situation, where you breach these Terms. 7149221 Canada Inc. does not waive any of its rights. 7149221 Canada Inc. shall not be responsible for any purported breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its control. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights of enforcement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws in the Province of Quebec. Any dispute that may arise is to be submitted to the competent province of Quebec tribunals in the judicial district of Montreal.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then any remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Service.
